In collaboration with Fokus Nordic, 4BC conducted thorough energy screenings and energy audits at four different, large commercial properties. Through systematic analysis of data, installations, and operational patterns, we identified concrete savings totalling over DKK 500,000 in annual operational savings. The savings were realized in connection with the energy audits.

Maximum CO2 and Energy Gains with Minimal Intervention

Fokus Nordic wanted not just general energy savings, but a quick overview of profitable measures that could be implemented without major investments, disturbing operations, or compromising user experience.

Results

Changes in Control Strategy and Setpoints Yield Significant Savings

Using AI-based analysis of historical consumption data and operating times, 4BC identified, among other things, inappropriate setpoints and unnecessary operation outside of usage hours.

Documented Savings Potentials

The majority of savings were achieved through adjustment of existing controls and setpoints—without the need for new technology. The total savings potential across all four properties amounts to over DKK 500,000 in annual operating costs.
